Kristin Graham, Account Director at Strategic Association Management (SAM), has been named a 2025 Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE) Rising Lone Star.

The Rising Lone Stars Program recognizes emerging association leaders in Texas who exhibit characteristics that demonstrate continued success and leadership skills, and who plan to continue in roles that aid the future of the association and nonprofit community. Judges consider the individual's employment history in association management, achievements, honors and contributions. 

In her role at SAM, Kristin serves as account director for two statewide associations, where she draws on her background in education to help organizations operate with excellence and empower members to achieve their goals. She also serves as development manager, leading employee engagement initiatives, annual reviews and professional development.

Kristin and fellow 2025 Rising Lone Stars Program participants will be celebrated on the main stage at TSAE's New Ideas annual conference, Sept. 7–9 in San Antonio, Texas.
